Rescheduling & Cancellation by Guest:
- You have an option of cancelling your attendance at an upcoming workshop/class/event as per the below guidelines:
- Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the experience date will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 2-4 days prior to the event date will not receive a refund. However, there is an option to reschedule the booking once within the next 3 months.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- No shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Transfer booking: In case you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your booking to another person.
Event Postponement or Cancellation:
In case an event is postponed or cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund.
